We process most orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based the shipping address you select. National Deliveries should be received no later than 5 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Overseas Shipping Deliveries may take longer – up to 21 days.

Returns & Replacements
At The Hill of Tara Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as it is unused/unworn.
Items that are Not Refundable
- Products without original packaging
- Products where have been used
- Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

When you have finished shopping and you are ready to checkout click the “Shopping Cart Icon” on the top right of the page and then click “Checkout”.
You will then be directed to the checkout page. Select your shipping address from the drop down menu or click and click “Continue”. Next you will be shown the delivery charge, click “Continue”. Next select payment method. “Check/Money order” or “Credit Card”. For credit card payments fill in your details in all fields before clicking “Continue”. Read over your oder review and if everything is correct then click “Place order”. Once your order is placed you will recieve an email from The Hill of Tara Store.
Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.
Items may “temporarily out of stock” or not visible on our website. This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order or contact The Hill of Tara Store.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Our site is 100% safe and secure.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.
Once your order is placed you will recieve an email from The Hill of Tara Store with all of the details of your order. You can also view the status and information of your oders by logging into your account, clicking on “My Account” at the bottom of of the page and clicking the “My Orders” tab on the sidebar menu.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “My Account” at the bottom of of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
To change your account information click on “Account Dashboard”. Here you can update your Contact Information, Newsletter subscriptions and Address details. Alternatively you can you the links on the sidebar menu to the left.
To change your name or your email address, click on the “Account Information” tab on the sidebar menu. Enter the details you wish to change and then click “Save” to store your details.
To change your billing or shipping address click on the “Address Book” tab on the sidebar menu. Click “Change Billing Address” or “Change Shipping Address”. Modify your details and then click “Save Address.
To subscribe or unsubscribe to The Hill of Tara newsletter, click on the “Newsletter Subscriptions” tab on the sidebar menu, click the check box next to “General Subscription” and then click “Save”.
